Warranty

For private customers, all items are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against conformity defects. For some items or brands, the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, as specified on the product page.

For detailed information on the warranty conditions, please read the General Terms of Sale. Please note that in order to benefit from warranty coverage, it is necessary to keep all original product packaging for the entire duration of the legal warranty.

Return policy

In the event that the goods are damaged during transport (see Shipping Information) or present manufacturing defects, Karndesign.it undertakes to replace the goods under warranty at no additional cost. To exercise this right, it is necessary to:

•Specify any damage to the packaging in writing on the courier’s delivery document at the time of receipt. In case of obvious damage to the product, it is possible to refuse delivery immediately.

• Send, within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, a written communication to karndesign.it (by email at info@delfabbro.org ) indicating the order number, the defective item, and details of the defect found. Customer Service will arrange for a courier to collect the package, which must be properly re-packed.

Right of Withdrawal

To guarantee the quality of our products, a full refund is provided in the event that they do not meet the described expectations. The right of withdrawal allows the Customer to return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price. To exercise this right, it is necessary to:

• Contact Karndesign.it by phone at +39 0433 467492 and by email at info@delfabbro.org to obtain an authorization code for the return of the goods (Return Number).

• Return the goods via courier in their original packaging, carefully sealed, indicating the Return Number provided by Karndesign.it on the package. The costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the Customer.
