Customer Registration
In order to use the e-commerce service provided by Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl, the Customer must enter their personal and tax details, a valid email address, and a phone number that can be contacted by the courier carrying out the delivery..
The data provided by the Customer will be processed by Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl in full compliance with the law, in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy.
Purchasing Terms
The product catalogs available for purchase are all accessible on the page www.karndesign.it. Each product in the catalog includes the following details:
a) Product Description.
b) images that, in any case, serves a purely illustrative purpose and are not descriptive.
c) available colors and relevant dimensions.
c) the unit price.
Orders placed through the website www.karndesign.it will be considered finalized only after the sending of an order confirmation (which the Customer is advised to print and keep) by Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl to the email address provided by the Customer during registration.
By placing the order, the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchasing process and that they fully accept these terms of sale.
The order confirmation email will include the order number, the type and quantities of the requested products, the billing details, and the delivery address. The Customer is therefore advised to always check the accuracy of this information and, in case of any errors, to immediately notify F.lli Del Fabbro Srl either by phone or by email at info@delfabbro.org
The Customer can check the status of their orders at any time by contacting the offices at the number 0433.467492.
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any orders submitted. In the event that an order placed by a Customer is not accepted, the Customer shall not, under any circumstances, be entitled to claim any compensation for contractual or non-contractual damages, except for the reimbursement of any amounts already paid.
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl reserves the right to modify, at any time, the products listed in the catalog and their list prices. Obviously, such changes shall not affect orders that have already been placed.
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl constantly keeps its online catalog update by adding new products and indicating those temporarily unavailable. Nevertheless, if due to extraordinary circumstances a product becomes unavailable immediately after the order has been placed, Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will promptly inform the Customer, via the email address provided during registration, of the product’s unavailability
Payments
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will accept the following payment methods.
Pay Pal.
This payment method is managed directly by PayPal in accordance with its regulations. Consequently, Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will not have access to the credit card information used by the Customer.
Bank Transfer.
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, the Customer must make the corresponding payment on the same day to the bank account held at UNICREDIT SPA, in the name of Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl, with the following details:

indicating as the payment reference the unique code provided in the order confirmation.
Only after the actual credit has been received in the specified bank account will Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl proceed with sending the order confirmation and with the shipment, as indicated in paragraph 5 (Shipping).
If, after 3 business days from the order submission, the payment has not been credited to the previously indicated bank account, Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will consider the order canceled.
Cash on Delivery (COD
If payment by cash on delivery is chosen, the Customer must pay the amount indicated on the invoice for the order directly to the courier upon delivery. Payment by cash on delivery can be made in cash if the amount does not exceed €1,000.00 (the exact amount must be provided, as no change will be given). For amounts exceeding €1,000.00, a non-transferable bank check made payable to F.LLI DEL FABBRO SRL is required.
If the cash on delivery payment method is chosen, the total order amount will include an additional charge of €10.00 as a handling fee.
Invoicing
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will issue a separate invoice for each order confirmation received from the Customer, even if it includes multiple items
The invoice will include the price of the individual products ordered, the applied VAT, the shipping costs, and any additional charges related to specific payment methods chosen by the Customer.
The invoice will be issued in the name of the Customer using the personal information provided during registration on the website.
The invoice will be attached to the products and delivered by the courier together with them.
Shipping
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will ship the purchased products via delivery through one of the express couriers of its choice:
– Within 2 business days from the sending of the order confirmation email, in the case that cash on delivery has been chosen;
–Within 2 business days from the actual receipt of the invoiced amount, in the case that payment is made by credit card or advance bank transfer.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, unless a different delivery address has been specified in the order.
Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl is not responsible for the delivery times of the individual carriers used.
Delivery will be made on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays and the day before holidays, and will be carried out to the ground floor only. Any delivery to an upper floor must be requested from F.lli Del Fabbro Srl, which will charge the additional cost required by the courier.
The goods will be shipped in packaging provided directly by Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note (D.D.T.) and that the packaging is intact.
In the event that fewer packages are delivered than those indicated on the delivery note (D.D.T.), or if the packages are wet or damaged, the Customer must sign the delivery note with a reservation, noting these issues in writing on the note itself, and notify Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl via the ‘find us’ page at the following address: find us.
If there is a discrepancy between the order and the delivery, the Customer must not accept the goods, must raise the issue directly with the carrier, and report the incident via the ‘find us’ page at the following address:find us.
If, despite everything, the courier refuses to allow a signature with reservation, the Customer must REFUSE THE GOODS.
This procedure is the only solution that allows Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl to immediately manage the complaint process with the courier and to promptly return any goods that may have been delivered in a damaged condition.
Please note that if the Customer, without following the above procedures, signs the delivery note for acceptance, they will not be able to raise any subsequent claims regarding the external condition of the goods delivered in relation to the order placed.
Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by the negligence or, in general, the fault of the courier, as well as for circumstances attributable to unforeseeable events or force majeure.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer, a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or profession they may carry out (Consumer), who makes purchases through the e-commerce service on the website www.karndesign.it , may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with Articles 52-59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments.
In particular, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without providing any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased products.
The withdrawal must be exercised by the Consumer by contacting the company by phone at 0433 467492 and by email at info@delfabbro.org to obtain an authorization code for the return of the goods (Return Number).
If the Consumer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal after the goods have been taken in charge by the carrier, i.e., when the products and packaging are intact, they must, at their own risk and expense, return the purchased products, if received, intact and unused, complete with the original packaging, by sending them via express courier to Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl – Via degli Artigiani 20 – 33028 Tolmezzo (UD) within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl will, within 14 days from the date it receives the withdrawal notice, refund all payments made by the Consumer, except for the costs of returning the goods and any additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice to use a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered by Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
If the material is damaged due to transport (see shipping information) or has manufacturing defects, Karndesign.it undertakes to refund or replace the material under warranty without charging any additional fees and with the return costs borne by the company.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Purchase agreements concluded through the website www.karndesign.it are deemed to be concluded in Italy, governed by Italian law, and subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
Any disputes concerning the validity or performance of contracts concluded through this website, or the interpretation of these terms of sale, arising between Fratelli Del Fabbro Srl and a Customer with a VAT number, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Udine.
