In the event that the material is damaged due to transport (see information on transport) or has production defects, Karndesign.it undertakes to replace the material under warranty without charging any other costs. To exercise this right, it is necessary:
• Specify any damage to the packaging in writing on the courier’s delivery document upon receipt. In the event of obvious damage to the product, the delivery can be rejected immediately.
• Send a written communication to karndesign.it (via email info@delfabbro.org) within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the order number, defective item and details of the defect found. Customer Service will send a courier to collect the package which must be re-packed properly.
• Return the goods by courier in the carefully sealed original packaging indicating the Return Number provided by Karndesign.it on the package. In no case will we accept returns on delivery or without a return number. Karndesign.it will credit the customer for the amount paid on the invoice. The costs for the return of the goods are fully borne by Karndesign.it

To guarantee the quality of our products, a full refund is provided if they do not meet the expectations described. The right of withdrawal consists in the customer’s right to return the goods and the consequent refund of the purchase price. To exercise this right, it is necessary:
• Send within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods a registered letter with return receipt addressed to Fratelli Del Fabbro SRL indicating the order or invoice number, the code and the quantity of the items if the withdrawal is partial and the bank details to obtain the refund transfer (IBAN of the invoice holder).
• Contact Karndesign.it by phone at +39 433 467492 or by email at info@delfabbro.org to obtain an authorization code for the return of the goods (Return Number).
• Return the goods by courier in the carefully sealed original packaging indicating the Return Number provided by Karndesign.it on the package. The costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer. In no case will we accept returns on delivery or without a return number.
